Transportation in Bangkok: Only money CANNOT buy a good service - You need luck. Lame Uber.

There are tons of reasons why I hate taxis in Bangkok. I don't need to explain why because I'm sure many of you may know how it's like. Most of my experiences from taking taxis were extremely awful until the day that Bangkok has Uber, I felt it's a dream came true, but not today. No more :( I used Uber service on 15 Apr. 15 to Suwannaphum Airport at about 9:01 pm. The driver picked me up at Rama9 Lumpini Place Condo. My ride on the way to airport and the service were horrible. The driver's name was Chotika (UberX driver). and the fee was 650 Baht. To be honest, I really have high expectations from Uber. I had been using your service and told many of my friends how good it is, but now I changed my mind. My experiences were : 1. The driver did not know the way to the Airport ( she did not use Google Map tool as your service provided , and I did not know why ) My question is, does Uber not train the drivers to use the GPS map on tablet ? 2. She almost got us into an accident on the way to the Airport, TWICE, due to her eyes sight problem for driving at night. I was terrified. My question is, did Uber not test her driving ability for the recruitment process? 3. She dropped me off at the wrong place. Instead of the Departure , she went to the Arrival lane and disputed with me for that matter as a result, she delayed my check-in time. I was terrified. I believe that I pay an Uber premium to receive a nice safe ride not the nightmare I got. Moreover, I wrote about my situation on Uber Facebook, and I did not receive any feedback. When I checked their Facebook wall again, the comment was removed. (Now , I still have not heard from them after two emails and one wall post on FB. ) Uber does not have a hot line, I believe they should! From now on, I don't feel there are any safer options, I can only expect that I will have a little luck over the transportation in Bangkok. Indeed, I have proven. Money can not buy anything especially taxi service in Bangkok.
